1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you directly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within the United States.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

5. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, iPrint3D Company is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Delayed: Please contact the carrier first using your tracking number
  • Lost or Stolen: Contact us at alan@iprint3d.company, and we will assist in filing a claim
  • Damaged: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package

7. International Shipping

We currently do offer international shipping.

If applicable:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

8. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability.
