So? The Finish is Rough? Like zipper Finis rough? How much prep sanding and Work is supposed to be considered "Normal" for an Item like this to be ready for paint and look like the stock trim?

An affordable option to a hard to find part. They fit nicely with 3m double sided tape. Just gave them quick scuff and paint and Voila!
